Hello friends, I hope you are all well. It’s that time of year when we celebrate the Men and Women who fought in the World wars to give us the freedom and peace we have enjoyed for a long time.

It gratifies me to Publish that celebration.

I think most people would be proud if a family member had fought in the first and second World Wars, I know my dad was in the army, and I was proud of what he did.

There is never a good time to mention the casualties, millions of people dying for what they believed in and against one of the most fearful parties in the World at that time the Nazis, who hypnotized the German people into thinking it was right to go to war against anyone who did not believe in their values.

I would also like to remind people of the millions of Jewish people who were massacred and not only Jewish people but anyone who did not fit the criteria for the Nazis.

Celebrations will go on forever because we need to remind our kids who have never seen conflict just how it feels to live in fear from day today.

Will we ever see or experience peace on Earth? Sadly I doubt it, as so many Wars start mostly daily.

The poppy is the emblem for the Millions of people who fought for our freedom and I think it is apt.

be peaceful.
