Hi Friends,

As we reach the Festivities, we have a good time, we celebrate the big day with our Families, and we fill our bellies with good food, it’s worth remembering the not so well off in our society, the guys who have never had a break in life, the poor Families living from hand to mouth, who cannot afford to feed their families let alone give them lavish Christmas presents. The Millions of people who get themselves into debt just to give their children at least one happy day a Year.

I remember when I was growing up, we didn’t have much, however, my mum tried her very best to get us some presents, we were never unhappy with the gifts and always looked forward to the day, however, I know now that she like many Mothers had to pay off the debt for the whole year afterwards, and like a circle, it happened throughout our childhood.

I would also like to bring to your attention making sure you and everyone around you are safe, it’s very tempting to have the old glass or two then jump in the car, thinking you are ok, but really you ain’t, best to leave the wheels at home, order a taxi, or get someone to drive you home, who doesn’t really care for alcohol. There are high statistics for road accidents at this time of the Year so make sure you are not one of them.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year folks.
